Product Designer · UX/UI & Service Design

Good design is a conclusion, not a guess.

I'm Adil. Thirteen years of product design built on an Information Technology degree in human-computer interaction, sharpened by hands-on field research, measured in data, and accelerated, ethically, with AI. I sit where users actually work, read the analytics behind their behaviour, and design what the evidence demands. Platforms I've shaped serve 5 million+ people.

What I bring

Complex services are my comfort zone

Ten industries taught the same lesson: complexity is a design input, not an excuse.

Government platforms, financial products, telecom communities, classrooms, travel, the sectors change, the discipline doesn't. These are the habits 13 years of complex services built.

Service design at government grade

Multi-agency permit platforms, national service apps, housing tools, I'm at home with stakeholder complexity, compliance and accountability, whatever the sector.

Accessibility as a habit, not a checkbox

AODA and WCAG 2.1 work for an Ontario school board; accessibility reviews baked into every audit I run. This site's own accessibility toolbar is a working sample.

Research you can defend in a boardroom

Usability testing, surveys, interviews, heuristic evaluations, eye tracking, I built a behavioural UX lab from scratch, so recommendations arrive with evidence attached.

Design systems that outlast projects

Tokens, components and interaction patterns that keep every form, page and app speaking the same brand language, with design QA reviews to make sure what ships matches what was approved.

A designer who ships code

Hand-built HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript sites with D3 and AmCharts visualizations. Developer handoff goes smoother when the designer speaks the language.

Agile teammate, plain-language communicator

Years as the liaison between business owners, product managers, developers and communications teams in Agile cycles, translating business requirements into interfaces people actually understand.

Selected work

Thirteen projects. One standard of evidence.

Eight deep dives, five range-proofs. Every pill below is a claim I can defend.

Scan each project's story in the colour-coded insights, sector, challenge, solution, process, outcome, then open the ones that matter to you. Six have full case-study pages; five more show the range.
